Email Manager was experiencing intermittent stuck filing status for a small section of our customer base.
Any items which failed to upload during this time will remain grey in your outlook client and will not turn blue ( to signify filing complete ).

Please re-file those items that are grey.
This only affected a small subset of users and only those which performed multi select filing during the affected window.

Incident is now resolved
