Colligo has been made aware that for some customers, multiple email filing was failing. This resulted in a 0 of 0 status on the upload and later email notification for the failure.
Colligo has identified that an Internal token had expired and resulted in the intermittent failure. This has now been updated and additional monitoring put in place.
Failed emails category colour would remain grey - this indicates the email has failed and the upload can be retried by the end user.
